Dr. Syeda Rizvi is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She completed her residency training from Cornell University affiliate hospital and was honored the “Best resident of the year” award. Dr. Rizvi completed her fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine from the University of South Florida. Dr. Rizvi has worked at Tampa General Hospital, Tampa VA Medical Center, and VA Bay Pines Hospital. She had special training in Hospice, Palliative Care and Arthritis Care for the elderly. Dr. Rizvi is also a member of American College of Physicians and American Geriatric Society. Dr. Rizvi has been a well-known Primary Care Physician in the Pinellas County area since 2009 and has a special interest in elderly care.

Dr. Mairaj Uddin is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Integrative Holistic Medicine, Quality Management and Obesity Management. Dr. Uddin is a fellow of American College of Physicians. Dr. Uddin did his residency training at a prestigious Cornell University affiliate Hospital in New York. He was honored with the “Teaching Excellence Award” for his services as a Chief Medical resident. Dr. Uddin has also been a well-known physician in the Tampa Bay Area since 2006.  Dr. Uddin strongly believes in providing preventative care by combining traditional medicine with a Holistic approach and focusing on lifestyle modifications. Dr. Uddin has a special interest in teaching, researching, and developing performance improvements guidelines for practitioners.

Iva Todrova

Iva Todrova is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN). Iva has a wealth of expertise and dedication in the field of healthcare. Holding a master’s degree in nursing, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.  Iva Todorova’s proficiency extends beyond her clinical skill. Iva’s ability to effectively communicate medical information with the patient and their families has been instrumental in fostering a sense of trust and confidence.

Desirae Dillman

Desirae Dillman is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), who earned her master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. Desirae has Professional affiliations with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has had a remarkable journey spanning over 22 years in the nursing field with a focus on mental health and hospice care. Desirae also has experienced the profound impact that genuine care can have on patients and their families. Having seen the evolving landscape of healthcare, Desirae has learned the importance of adaptability, patient-centric approach, bedside nursing, and leadership roles. Desirae firmly believes that every individual deserves the upmost care and attention, particularly as they transition into their golden years. Desirae strives to provide not only medical support but also emotional comfort to those who have paved the way for future generations.

Kelly

Kelly Hall has been the office manager for All American Family and Geriatric Care since the practice opened in 2012. Kelly strives to make you healthier with our outstanding patient care. Kelly works very closely with her excellent staff to provide the best patient care and a most welcoming environment.

Amanda Searfoss is the Case Manager here at All American Family and Geriatric Care and has been with the practice for 3 years. Amanda graduated from St. Petersburg College with a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Minor in healthcare administration, compliance, and security. Amanda has been in healthcare for 12 years and has a passion to help patients gain independence, safety, and resources from their communities.

Martin Caplan has been with All American Family & Geriatric Care for 5 years. Martin is our HEDIS Coordinator and strives for our 5-star rating. Patient Care and compliance are his top priority in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
